With staff numbers increasing the Managing Director of one Company realised he would need professional and commercial outsourced HR advice to support the business through a period of rapid growth and beyond. The MD wanted to outsource their HR to a Company who would get to know their business and the team and be a visible presence. A good fit in terms of the delivery style was key.

On engagement, we got together with the Managing Director and learnt about the Company, we explored the company ambition and shorter-term goals allowing us to assess how people fit in with those plans and where performance is currently for all. In addition, we conducted a full HR Audit of all documentation which enabled the company to get back on track in terms of compliance – this included;
