Every quarter we will meet with you to create a proactive plan for the coming 3 months. Once we know the goals, and the actions to take, we’ll put together a support programme and provide you with the tools to ensure that things actually move forward. You’ll be able to see and engage with our expertise and it will quickly become apparent that we care about your success, not just your paperwork.

Every month we will provide you with a report which will give you important insight into your business and the ability to spot trends. Running people metrics is a key way to identify any concerns re turnover and sickness absence.
Dedicated HR Support every month
As well as consulting on and assisting with your HR processes we can also help you deal with paperwork. Drafting the necessary documents such as, letters and guidance notes for meetings. We are also able to develop HR tools such as appraisal systems.
The HR support we will be offering to you on an ongoing basis is about maximising potential and will be as a direct result of the quarterly planning meeting.
